These small green peppers are unique to the region of Padron, Galicia in Northwest Spain. Perfect for all fans of tapas, they are incredibly simple to prepare with just a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of flaked salt.

1. Remove from the fridge 15-20 min before cooking.
2. Preheat grill.
3. Remove your patron peppers from its packaging.
4. Grill for 4-5 mins turning frequently.
5. Plate up and top with the flaked salt.
