Green Nocellara olives

Large green olives from Trapani, Sicily. These early harvest olives are cured for 10 days using the Castelvetrano method which is a natural process that allows them to retain their vivid lush green colour and firm texture. A proud winner of two Great Taste stars from the Guild of Fine Foods. These olives pair wonderfully with sparkling wines and make a great addition to every aperitif.
