1. Preheat grill
2. Remove crème brûlée from packaging
3. Sprinkle sugar on top evenly
4. Place under the grill for 4-5 mins or until golden
5. Be careful not to burn!
6. Remove from grill and leave to rest for sugar to harden
7. Do the tap test – lightly hit your spoon on top
