Veal Ravioli 300gr

This veal ravioli has been a favourite of our customers since we first opened. Made using a slow cooked shin of veal with carrots, onions, celery and white wine. A classic filled pasta paired perfectly with our homemade tomato sauce or simply served with butter (or olive oil) and fresh sage or a simple meat gravy. Finish with Parmigiano Reggiano.

Bring a pan of generously salted water to the boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a medium simmer. Add Ravioli and cook for around 4 minutes or longer if necessary.
Remove with a slotted spoon or use a colander. Add the pasta to a pan or dish with olive oil / butter / sage / chosen sauce. Carefully combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate up and finish with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Flour, Semolina, Eggs, Veal shin, Carrot, Onion, Celery, Bay leaf, Marjoram, Sage, Salt, Pepper, White wine, Water, Extra virgin olive oil, Nutmeg, Chicken stock.
Portion Size:
300g / roughly 20 pieces of ravioli – 2 portions (150g per person)
Store in fridge.
Consume on the day of delivery for nationwide orders.
Fresh pasta can be frozen for up to 3 months. Cook directly from frozen.
Do not defrost. When cooking filled pasta from frozen add 2 – 3 minutes to normal cooking time.
