Artichoke and Truffle Ravioli, Butter and Sage Meal Kit

A beautiful pasta combining light artichokes with aromatic truffles served with truffle butter and crispy sage, and topped with grated vegetarian hard cheese.

Grated Vegetarian Hard Cheese
Bring a pan of generously salted water to the boil. Once boiling, reduce to a medium simmer. Add Ravioli and cook for 4 mins or longer if necessary. Melt the truffle butter on low heat in a separate pan until heated through. Add the sage leaves and slightly fry until crispy. Add the cooked pasta. Toss together until sauce coats the pasta. Spoon onto a plate and finish with grated vegetarian hard cheese.

Storage: Store in fridge and consume by use by date (there’s around a 3-day shelf life for fresh pasta and homemade sauces). Pasta and sauces can be frozen for up to 3 months. Cook pasta straight from frozen and add 1 – 2 minutes to the cooking time. Defrost sauce thoroughly before using then reheat according to cooking instructions.

This pasta kit should be consumed on the day of delivery or frozen immediately on receipt following the storage instructions above.
