ABV 4.8% A German-style Pilsner from our friends at 40ft brewery. Straw to pale in colour with malty sweetness with medium hop bitterness. A clean and crisp biscuit flavour with light floral hop notes of green fruits and melon. 40ft say... "We wanted to brew an inclusive beer that would engage with beer lovers that don’t enjoy the larger flavours typical to craft beer. Our bacon comes from a small, passionate, family-run butchers in Lancashire. Their philosophy is simple: the happier and healthier the pigs, the tastier the pork. 100% British and outdoor reared, each pig is hand-selected for our old-fashioned middle bacon. This is a mixture of back as well as streaky for the best of both worlds. They are longer, larger and most importantly much more delicious than your average rasher.
